High efficiency air filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.5um. Using ultra-fine glass fiber paper as the filter material, adhesive paper, aluminum film and other materials as the dividing plate, bonded with wooden frame aluminum alloy, made of special silicone rubber, odorless, the surface will not harden, and there will be no cracks over time. The chemical properties are stable, corrosion-resistant, and can absorb the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking. The softness and hardness are moderate, and the elasticity recovery is good.

Each unit has undergone sodium flame testing and is characterized by high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity. High efficiency air filters can be widely used in the air conditioning end air supply of dust-free purification workshops in industries such as optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing, etc. Both high-efficiency and ultra high efficiency filters are used at the end of clean rooms, and can be divided into three structural forms: high-efficiency with partitions, high-efficiency without partitions, high-efficiency with high air volume, and ultra high efficiency filters.

No partition high-efficiency filter

A non partition filter uses hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum foil to separate the filter material of a partition filter. Due to the absence of partitions, a 50mm thick non partition filter can achieve the performance of a 150mm thick partition filter. The HEPA with a 90mm thick outer frame can achieve an air volume 1.3 times that of the SPAN 150mm thick standard resistance type with partitions and twice that of the SPAN 150mm thick standard resistance type with the same filtration area and filtration efficiency. It can meet the stringent requirements of various spaces, weights, and energy consumption for air purification today.
